Russian government held a festival with a specific purpose’s that suggesting a different side and things from military world, usually the military has the impression of discipline, hard and anti with artists or arts. with the festival, Russia show to the world that the military not always about a strength and hard stuff only, the military world have souls too, specially in musical art.
